Miss Universe

-Mi ultimo dibujo, Miss universo. Me apetecia hacer algo mas fantasia un poco loco despues de ver la exposición: ¨Un planeta enloquecido: Fantasmas, monstruos, y alienígenas en el manga¨ en el Matadero de Madrid, adjunto link:

Pequeñita pero no estaba mal, ademas habia proyecciones de cortos del Japan media art festival.
Aun me quedan varias ideas con esta influencia que quiero probar pero bueno este es el primer intento. Os enseño la version sin pintar porque me gustan mucho en blanco y negro los dibujos.

 Small but  it was not bad, there were also short films projections of Japan media art festival.
 I still have several ideas inspired in this exhibition I want to try but this is the first attempt. I show the unpainted version because I like a lot the drawings in black and white.

 

Final proyect Godzilla vs Gamera Rapport

- Para mi proyecto final, entre otras cosas,queria hacer un tejido que fuera como una nueva version de bestiarios antiguos. Pense que lo mas parecido hoy en dia a esas bestias fantastica podrianser los monstruos de peliculas como Alien, King Kong, los gremlings para esta decidi usar 2 kaijus (Bestia extraña en japones) de peliculas japonesas que me encantan a Gamera y a Godzilla. Intente darle un pattern que recpordara tambien a los de la epoca medieval.
No descarto en un futuro hacer otro con bestias de las que tengo pendiente.
 

- For my final project, among other things, I wanted to make a fabric that look like as a new version of an old bestiary. I thought the closest thing today could be the fantastic beasts and  movie monsters Alien, King Kong, the gremlings.  For this first fabric I decided to draw 2 kaijus (Strange Beast in Japanese) from Japanese films that I love Gamera and Godzilla. I Tried to do a pattern that remembered also to the medieval era.
I do not rule out to do the other beasts of which I have pending.

Ninja Obsession shooting with Samanta Rra

*Voy a esteñaros una de las sesiones que mas me gusto del 2015. Fui parte de este esta sesion de fotos con Samanta Rra, que grupo mas bueno. Me gustan mucho los resultados. Tuvimos problemas porque el pobre peluquero tuvo un accidente de coche (nada serio) y no pudo llegar, pero Sandra Valero hizo magia con el pelo.

*I am going to show you one if my favourite shootings of 2015.I was part of this shooting with Samanta Rra , what an amazing group. I really love the results.We had some problems because the hairdresser had a car accident ( nothing serious) and he could not arrive, but Sandra Valero made magic with the hair.

Melting & Skull / Centro de Arte mutuo

*Cuando estuve en Barcelona quería buscar sitios para exponer pero con el master por la tarde y practicas por la mañana no me quedo mucho tiempo para crear nada nuevo ni buscar sitio. En alguna de mis escapadas de fin de semana conoci el Cento de arte Mutuo. Un sitio que ademas de ser galeria tiene un espacion con cafeteria en el que hacen todo tipo de eventos, conciertos, mercadillos, performance etc, me gusto mucho.Hable con la chica que lleva la galeria que es un amor, les presente mis ilustraciones de la serie ¨Melting & Skull¨, gustaron y las tuve ahi expuestas unos mesecitos. Esta de arriba es de las pocas ilustraciones no de moda que hice en Barcelona.

* When I was in Barcelona wanted to find sites to show my artworks but with the master in the evening and the morning the intership I didnt have time to create anything new or search gallery. In some of my weekend getaways I met the Centro de arte Mutuo. A site that besides being a space gallery has a cafeteria where They make all kinds of events, concerts, markets, performance etc, I really liked .I Talk to the gallery girl, she is really nice and I show they my artworks from the melting & Skull series They liked and the illustrations were exposed a few months . The above illustration is one the few not fashion illustrations that I did in Barcelona.

Fashion design Master / Soft pop

*Este año me dieron una beca para hacer un ¨Master en diseño de moda¨ en Barcelona en la escuela Felicidad Duce LCI Barcelona. Así que estuve durante todo este año que acaba en Barcelona haciendo en master por las tardes y por las mañanas en una empresa de moda de practicas. Queria enseñaros algunos de los proyectos que hice este año para el master. El primero de los proyectos que hice se llama SOFT POP y es una coleccion inspirada en la macrotendencia para el 2016 Soft Pop. Os dejo algunas imagenes del fashion sketchbook y figurines.

* This year I got a scholarship to do a ¨Masters in fashion design¨ in Barcelona The school Felicidad Duce LCI Barcelona. So it was throughout this year in Barcelona, doing master in the evenings and in the mornings with an internship in a fashion company. I wanted to show you some of the projects that I made this year to the master. The first project I did called SOFT POP is a collection inspired by the megatrend for 2016 Soft Pop. Here some images of fashion sketchbook and figurines.

 

 

Drawing for Winsor&Newton

*El otro día estuve dibujando 3 horas o algo mas en el corte ingles de Pozuelo, en la zona de bellas artes, enseñando como funcionaban los nuevos Pigment Makers de Winsor&Newton. Hubo un evento de presentacion a la vez en muchos corte ingles de España. Gracias a eso tuve la oportunidad de probarlos y me quede encantada. Es una nueva forma de usar los rotuladores en la que gracias a un papel especial permite que se mezclen entre ellos y hacer degradados, incluso cuando han pasado dias esto sigue funcionando. Conseguí un resultado muy chulo también con papel negro, dándole antes base blanca y pintándolo encima.
En resumen bastante recomendados porque permiten muchas opciones diferentes.

*The other day I was drawing 3 hours or more in El corte ingles of Pozuelo, in the area of fine arts, teaching how works  the new Pigment Makers from Winsor&Newton.
There was a presentation event at a time in many Corte ingles in Spain. Thanks to that I was able to try It and I was delighted. It's a new way to use the pens in which thanks to a special paper allows mixing between them the colors and make degraded, even when it's been days it still works. I got a very cool result also with black paper, a white base before giving up and painting.

 In summary quite recommended because they allow many different options.

My best friend Hildegard

Hacia milenios que no posteaba nada, pero creo que ya va tocando retomar la buena costumbre del blog.
Hoy voy a enseñaros una portada que hice para el libro de Adam Greenberg ¨My best friend Hildegard¨. Adam porque tenia muy claro lo que queria y ademas queria que se lo ilustrara yo porque le gustaba mi estilo, estoy muy contenta con el resultado. Os adjunto imagen.

It was a long time that I didn't submit anything to the blog, I think now is time to be back.
I am going to show you a cover that I did for the Adam Greenberg book  ¨My best friend Hildegard¨. Adam really knows what he want and in adiccion He want me to make the illustration, because He like my style, I am really happy with the results, Attached image.
